Update, pretty boring

Lately I've been doing a whole lot of cleaning. Excluding this weekend of course, I felt like only cleaning what I absolutely needed to. My house has remained almost spotless... excluding of course a few rooms that do not count in the overall "house" that is...

I have been wanting to plant some flowers lately, I have a bunch of seeds for flowers, but I have no gardening tools. Someone is letting me borrow their tools so I will be planting them soon, hopefully this week.

New in the world of GingaVitis, I have to smog check my car this month. Kinda scared, because I have an oil leak... they don't let you pass if anything is leaking during testing... also, 4 feet of my exhaust is gone... (i have a long long long car, 4 feet AFTER the muffler is the end of the car). hopefully they won't care about that since it's just a bit of pipe, not like the muffler is missing!

Saturday I attended an event for work all by myself. It wasn't fun, as I was alone. Normally I have a volunteer with me, but as the event snuck up on all of us this year, we did not have enough time to ask around for help. So my dumb ass was all alone. Oh well, I still got a little help setting up first thing from Susan (she enjoyed herself too, as she got to have treats and bought herself some cool items while there, and took her time going back to work of course :)). I ended up having a sun burnt arm (just one...) and I was exhausted afterwards. Maybe that's why I didn't accomplish anything this weekend. I was catching up from the one day I went to the event.

Otherwise, not a whole lot going on. Pretty dull lately.

Dear Asteroids

You may not reign as King of video games any more, but you still live on with an amazing story. Many folk have you entertained, many folk have you made enemies. Once, many years past, you terrified me, once you gave me nightmares. Your hyperspace was an illogical place, your intensity was too great. Gone are the days of bloody noses, of nightmares from you, for I have conquered you. Your guts be in my tread, for I have squashed you in all your might. And I shall fear you no more, for I have scored high on your treacherous warfield.

May you now be put to rest, and your name uttered never more.
