21st Birthday

Saturday evening...May 19th. I get home from work around 10ish to the happy boys. I had to eventually go get cigarettes for David. PG13 WARNING..........so I hop in my car, and as I was on my way I realized it was after midnight, which meant it was May 20th......my birthday. So I bought a 24 oz beer at the gas station. I came home to David sleeping so I put it in the fridge and off to bed.

PG13 Pammy......
"I woke up this mornin' and got myself a beer!" is what I had to sing at nine in the morning on my birthday. I cracked my first bought beer and enjoyed it. Then later we had to go get a supply for my at home hang-out-all-day-and-drink fest. That meant the general three types of alcoholic beverage...beer, wine and whiskey. We had fun with a gocart and played music and of course, went to the bar and got free drinks. The bartender is good friends with our neighbor so we got even more free drinks than i think maybe normal people would. All in all, it was a great birthday.

END PG13......

A few weeks ago the dr. quit his job, and bought a sailboat. Yep.....we have a 22 foot sailboat now. It needs a little work, but we figure it will be in the water in a year or less. We got it for dirt cheap and plan to fix it up enough to be worth more than it originally would have been if we hadn't even touched it....we guess at least 5 grand by comparing similar condition and sizes online...and we got it for 100 bucks at an auction. Not enough people showed up to the auction. Lucky us! Our friend also bought the boat that is touching ours. The axel on his trailer is broken. Ours is missing it's rudder (stolen) and the bottom needs repainted....also we need to fix the part where the mast locks in, the previous owner never finished his project of buffing it up, so it needs new holes drilled. We also want to put in a hatch, ours doesn't have one over the v-birth. Will show pictures when developed. Until then, just remember, someday I plan to be on that little island that stays 85 degrees year round in the lower pacific.....no not hawaii....we found it online...2 miles in length with an airstip built in ww2 no longer in use...covered in coconut palms...even though i hate coconuts I would have to eat a few and maybe grow accustomed to them....

Well, i must go and feed my rabbit....and no his name is not floppy. Until next time.....come see me and my boat!!!!
